Brief Biography:

     Qingshan Liu received MS in Auto Control from South-East University in 2000. He gets the PhD degrees in Pattern Recognition and Intelligence System from National Laboratory of Pattern Recognition, CAS in 2003, where he is an associate professor now. He received the president scholarship of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2003. From June, 2004 to April, 2005, he worked as an associate researcher at the Multimedia Laboratory in Chinese University of  Hong Kong. His interests are Face Analysis, Image & Video Analysis, Machine Learning, computer vision, mobile multimedia, and web image search, ect. He is a member of the IEEE.
